Looking for Innovators

CompetencyWorks is for innovators and early adopters, written by innovators and early adopters. Whether you are a teacher, principal, policymaker or community partner, our goal is to find a way to share the nuts and bolts of competency education while constantly reflecting on how we can do better for our students. We all know that we have to keep quality and personalization at the very core of our work.

This means that we need the participation of innovators like you. There are several ways you can participate:

  • Share your comments when you read postings that resonate or with which you disagree. Honest dialogue is essential for driving towards excellence.
  • Be interviewed by one of our writers so that others can benefit from what you have learned.
  • Share your resources. This is probably the most important thing. Whether it is a meeting agenda, a rubric, a new set of regulations or legislation or a new way to design transcripts, there will be someone else across the country that wants to see it.
  • Write a post to share your learning, observations, insights and vision. If this is your first time to “blog” we’ll give you a helping hand. Below is a quick checklist to get you started. Contact Chris at ten.t1411257686ensit1411257686em@si1411257686rhc1411257686 if you have any questions or want to brainstorm about topics.
